Board of Directors Special Meeting Notice

A SPECIAL meeting of the Board of Directors will be held Tuesday September 15, 2026, at 10am at the water office via teleconference call: (605) 313-5110 Enter code: 989829# 

The purpose of this meeting will be to review Water Trust Board planning grant applications and Asset Management planning.
No other business will be discussed.

Fire Hydrant Replacement 2026

Garfield received a Capital Outlay Grant to replace some of our old hydrants. 

Smithco Construction has installed 21 new Kennedy hydrants as part of the first phase of this project.

Board Elections will be held October 31, 2026

Three Board Members are up for election at this years’ annual meeting.
